Ladies Who Lift group classes provide a welcoming environment where women of all backgrounds can come together to build strength, confidence, and community.

Strong Women Unite
Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am @ Custom Fit (1844 Market Street)
Challenge yourself with this full-body strength and conditioning class! The first half is dedicated to building strength through primary lifts and accessory work, while the second half ramps up your heart rate with dynamic cardiovascular conditioning.
Come ready to build strength, endurance, and confidence!
***Although not a traditional prenatal or postpartum class, modifications and scaling options make it suitable for those that are pregnant or returning to fitness postpartum. Pre-crawlers are welcome to join (in a stroller) if needed.
Cardio Queens

Cardio Queens classes are designed to elevate your cardiovascular health through dynamic interval training, plyometrics, sprint intervals and stair work. Set against the iconic backdrop of Kezar Stadium, this class offers a high-energy workout that combines body weight strength and endurance, helping you boost stamina, improve agility, and build power.

This class is specially designed for prenatal and postpartum women, focusing on traditional strength and conditioning exercises tailored to your unique needs. With plenty of modifications and scaling options, you'll move in ways that energize and empower you. Core and pelvic floor considerations are prioritized to support your journey through motherhood.
***Pre-crawlers are welcome to join Mom for the workout, making it a perfect way to stay strong and connected! Bring your ergo carrier or stroller.
